SHIPPING POLICY
Processing times may vary depending on items ordered.
2-5 business days for regular orders.
Approximately 2 weeks for orders with Made to Order items.
Please note, all items will be delivered or shipped in one package.

Orders are shipped from Regina, SK.
Local Delivery is available within city limits.
Pick Up is not currently offered for online orders.
Alternate carriers may be used during Canada Post disruptions.
You will receive an email once your order has shipped.
Your package should arrive in 2-10 business days.

Local Delivery orders will receive an email when ready and out for delivery.​
RETURN POLICY
​If you would like to return an item or if there are any issues with your order, send us an email: forestandshoreco@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery so that we can evaluate and make things right. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo.
Please do not send items back without approval. Items must be in the same condition that you received them to be eligible for return. Please send items back in their original packaging within 10 days of return approval.
Return shipping is paid at your expense.
If local to Regina, drop off or pick up will be arranged.

Refunds will be issued on your original payment method once we have received your returned item.

Clothing is non-refundable because it is made to order.
Gift cards, sale items, and custom orders are also not eligible for return. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns regarding Made to Order items or custom orders.​
