shipping & Returns

Processing times vary - products that are in stock will be ready to ship in 2-3 days, made to order clothing 2-5 days. If an item is backordered, we will contact you to let you know (and see how you want to proceed). 

 

All orders are shipped from Regina, SK using Canada Post.

You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

Shipping takes between 2-10 business days.

Please remember that once in the mail, it is out of our hands. 

 

Orders that select Local Delivery at checkout will be contacted when it is ready/out for delivery. We do not currently offer local pick up.

 

Please inspect your order when you receive it and email us immediately (with pictures) if there is an issue - damaged or wrong items, for example - so that we can evaluate and make things right. 

 

For regular returns, email us at forestandshoreco@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition that you received them to be eligible for return. Please do not send items back without approval but please do send items back in their original packaging within 10 days of the date delivered. Please include your Order Number with your items.

Return shipping is paid at your expense.

 

As our clothing is made to order, we do not accept returns on these items. Gift cards, sale items and custom orders are also not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions/concerns about your specific item.

 

Once we have received your returned item,

we will issue a refund on the original payment method.
